The Muslim Take

Identity System Design,

Client Based in Melbourne

The Muslim Take podcast explores the Muslim experience in Australia. Topics range from sports to current affairs, school experiences, and spirituality. The podcast is hosted by an Imam of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association, a reformist movement within Islam, and the fastest growing sect of the fastest-growing religion in the world.

The identity captures a young Muslim crowd through its modern appearance and unexpected colours. The logo is an ‘M’ which conceals two ‘T’ characters in its negative space, linking to the TMT acronym. The key pattern in the identity system is constructed with the ‘M’ from the logo mark, and it is inspired by historic, geometric Islamic patterns.
